Our Role as Hosts

As hosts we act as the organisers and space holders and see ourselves in the role of preparing, providing and nurturing the container in which our collective process can unfold. This includes:

  • Finding, organising and communicating with the venue

  • Creating and sharing the overall vision

  • Curating and onboarding the group of participants

  • Managing food shopping, preparing the rooms, managing the meal preparation schedule, shuttling attendees from the local public transit station.

  • Holding a light structure of facilitated sessions, including daily practice sessions in the morning and specific collective rituals.

  • Caring for a safe and welcoming social environment, attending to the evolving needs of the group, including being present to support with conflict resolution and other challenges.

  • Supporting individual participants in their projects and challenges if requested, through feedback and 1:1 support.

How We Hold the Space

In our shared space do not seek to build, improve or perfect anything, but to simply be with. We will approach transformation and growth not as a destination to be reached by mastery or effort, but as an ongoing process of deepening our capacity to meet what arises with integrity, care, and responsiveness. By offering relationship, we invite transformation without forcing it. In this way, we grow a living inquiry into what it means to be whole, together.

Moving at the speed of trust and openness, these are not preconditions but dispositions we explore—ways we learn to hold and to be held. Vulnerability is not something we try to overcome but something we allow and honor, opening us to deeper connection. Belonging is something we do not approach as something granted, but as something cultivated through practicing mutual-aid, care, and reciprocity. This is a Brave Space—not because we avoid discomfort, but because we seek to meet it with courage, curiosity and integrity.

Together we create an environment of permission, allowing, and non-judgment, in which all parts of ourselves, challenging emotions, shame, fear, anger and grief are welcome.

This is a space for play, exploration, and experimentation in which we get the chance to invigorate each other's imagination and creativity and to celebrate our unique ways of being and responding. Rather than seeking a path to unification, we want to unfold our innate capacity for being with difference.

We try to do everything to offer a nourishing environment in which the well-being and safety of everyone has absolute priority. The schedule is flexible and provides enough time to slow down, play, reflect and restore so that individual needs can be met responsively.
